The Clubhouse Franklin LLC (“Studio,” “we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information in connection with your membership, participation in Studio activities, and use of our facilities and services.
Section 1 – Information Collected
The Clubhouse Franklin LLC may collect and maintain certain personal information from Members, including but not limited to contact details (name, address, phone number, and email), billing and payment information, membership and attendance records, video and audio recordings for security and training purposes, and images or likenesses used for promotional media as further described in this Agreement.
Section 2 – Use of Information
Member information shall be used solely for purposes related to the administration of memberships, processing of billing and payments, management of class reservations and cancellations, communication of policy changes or service notices, maintenance of facility security, and lawful marketing and promotional purposes consistent with the Image Use and Recordings provisions contained in this Agreement.
Section 3 – Disclosure of Information
The Studio does not sell or rent Member information. Information may be disclosed only to authorized billing processors, service providers engaged to support Studio operations, internal staff and contractors, or legal authorities as required by law.
Section 4 – Security
The Studio shall take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard Member information, including the use of secure billing processors, access restrictions, and 24/7 video surveillance of the premises. Member acknowledges that no system is entirely secure and assumes limited risk associated with the provision of personal information.
Section 5 – Member Rights
Members may request access to or correction of their personal information by submitting a written request to Studio management. The Studio will respond to such requests within a reasonable period of time.
Section 6 – Policy Updates
The Clubhouse Franklin LLC reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, with notice provided to Members in accordance with the terms of the Membership Agreement. Continued use of the Studio’s facilities and services following such notice shall constitute the Member’s acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
